Sport, the mental issue
This film adresses an interesting link between sports and the power of the mind. Just like the body, the mind can be trained in order for someone to become a succesful sporter. It is widely believed that the mental condition influences physical prestations; concentration, discipline and fear of failure are just a few examples. The director follows multiple Dutch top-level sport professionals such as Ben Sonnemans, Gert-Jan Liefers and Peter van der Kruk as they look for mental support and visit sports psychologists.
