However, we encourage people to support the value of documentary film making with a premium membership. The premium membership will grant unrestricted access to our full catalog, which covers a growing collection of currently over 800 unique documentary films and other fascinating documentary content. 50% of your membership payment is used to reward the filmmakers in direct proportion to the films that you have watched. The other 50% is used to cover our costs and invested in the production and release of new documentary content.

DocsOnline Memberships, Billing and Payments

DocsOnline is free for its basic content. We are a foundation that supports documentary makers so we encourage you to take the Paid membership. It will only cost you € 4,99 per month and will reveal all premium content of our website with over 800 documentaries. 
Half of you monthly contribution goes to the documentary makers.

  • Also you can pay by creditcard usinig our Stripe Checkout. In the near future we will offer other payment options like iDeal, Sofort Banking etc.

DocsOnline only charges the monthly subscription fee, which may or may not include local tax depending on your location. Some financial institutions add additional transaction fees for foreign transactions. These fees are charged by your bank, so if you have questions, please contact your financial institution.

Sign in to the DocsOnline website and visit your Account to update your DocsOnline payment information.  Some payment options will direct you to their website to complete the update process. See How can I pay for DocsOnline? above for accepted payment options.

To change your billing date, you’ll need to cancel your account and restart it on the date you’d like to be billed on.

If you cancel in the middle of your billing cycle, the cancellation will not fully complete until the end of that billing cycle, and you will be unable to restart your account until after that time. If your account is on a hold, your cancellation will be effective immediately, and you can restart your account at any time.

We hate to see you go, but if you need to cancel your account and end your membership, simply follow these steps.
