Story
This film addresses an interesting link between sports and the power of the mind. Just like the body, the mind can be trained in order for someone to become a successful sporter. It is widely believed that the mental condition influences physical achievements; concentration, discipline and fear of failure are just a few examples. The director follows multiple Dutch top-level sport professionals such as Ben Sonnemans, Gert-Jan Liefers and Peter van der Kruk as they look for mental support and visit sports psychologists.
