How much does DocsOnline cost ?
DocsOnline is free for its basic content. We are a foundation that supports documentary makers so we encourage you to take the Paid membership. It will only cost you €4,99 per month and will reveal all premium content of our website with over 800 documentaries.
Half of you monthly contribution goes to the documentary makers.
How can I pay for DocsOnline ?
PayPal

Are there any additional fees associated with the monthly Netflix charge ?
DocsOnline only charges the monthly subscription fee, which may or may not include local tax depending on your location. Some financial institutions add additional transaction fees for foreign transactions. These fees are charged by your bank, so if you have questions, please contact your financial institution.

How do I update my payment information ?
Sign in to the DocsOnline website and visit your Account to update your DocsOnline payment information. Some payment options will direct you to their website to complete the update process. See How can I pay for DocsOnline? above for accepted payment options.
How do I change my billing date ?
To change your billing date, you’ll need to cancel your account and restart it on the date you’d like to be billed on.
If you cancel in the middle of your billing cycle, the cancellation will not fully complete until the end of that billing cycle, and you will be unable to restart your account until after that time. If your account is on a hold, your cancellation will be effective immediately, and you can restart your account at any time.
We hate to see you go, but if you need to cancel your account and end your membership, simply follow these steps.
